KARACHI: The fourth three-day Karachi literature festival will begin at Beach Luxury Hotel on Feb 15.
To be held under the auspices of the Oxford University Press, the festival would be open from 10am to 6.30pm.

Pakistan Press Foundation (PPF) is an independent media documentation and training center, non-governmental organization committed to promoting and defending freedom of expression. PPF was established in 1967 as a non-profit organization and continued working until 1974, when it had to suspend operations due to the political environment then prevailing in the country.
