LAHORE — Perhaps to continue the spree of transferring and posting senior officers for the second continuous day on Tuesday, the Punjab government transferred and posted nine officers, which include four secretary level officers as well.
On Monday, 20 officers were transferred and posted.
Member (Colonies) Board of Revenue Javed Akhtar has been transferred and posted as Secretary Population Welfare Department replacing Ijaz Munir, who has been transferred and posted as Secretary Labour Department replacing Abdul Rauf Khan, whose services have been given at the disposal of the Senior Member Board of Revenue for further orders.
Member (Judicial-I) BoR Major (Retd) Rizwanullah Baig has been directed to report to the Services and General Administration Department for further orders.
Project Director PMU Punjab Education Sector Reforms Programme Captain (Retd) Muhammad Asif has been transferred and posted as District Coordination Officer Hafizabad replacing Ibrar Ahmed Mirza, who has been transferred and posted as DCO Sheikhupura, and he has replaced Ali Sarfraz Hussain, who has been directed to report to the Planning and Development Board, where he will posted as Chief Executive Officer Punjab Skills Development Fund. Director General Social Welfare and Bait-ul-Maal Department Dr Akhtar Nazeer Warraich has been directed to report the Establishment Division Islamabad for further posting as Joint Secretary of the Division. He has been also relieved of his duties with the Punjab government.
Officer on Special Duty with the Services and General Administration Department Mian Nazeer Ahmed has been posted as Director General Social Welfare and Bait-ul-Maal Department.
OSD with the S&GAD Jawad Ikram has been posted as Deputy Secretary Irrigation and Power Department.
