Karachi: The District Coordination Officer (DCO), City District Government, Karachi, Muhammad Hussain Syed took over charge as administrator of Karachi on Monday.
The Sindh government has issued a notification in which it has directed all the DCOs to take charge of their respective district governments as administrators.
