JHANG, July 18: Two people were killed for ‘honour’ in separate incidents in Chiniot on Wednesday. Mumtaz strangled his daughter, Irshad Bibi, over the suspicion of her relations with a man in Dhrangar village.
In Chak No 11 in the limits of the Saddar police, Gulsher shot dead Asif. Gulsher suspected that Asif had an affair with his sister. On Wednesday, he saw Asif wandering near his house. At this, he got infuriated and shot him dead with the help of accomplices.
