Karachi, Sindh Bars to issue ‘Awami Licences’ to Geo Super, Aag

KARACHI: The Sindh Bar Council and Karachi Bar Association have demanded the government lift ban on Geo Super and Aag channels and announced that over 100 bar office-bearers and members will issue “Awami Licences” to these channels at City Courts on Tuesday.

Sindh Bar Council Member Mehmoodul Hassan Karachi Bar association President Muhammad Aaqil and Secretary General Haider Imam Rizvi assured the Geo Network administration and workers of their complete support. They also warned the government of launching a protest movement if the ban was not lifted immediately.
