ISLAMABAD, JANUARY 15 (APP): A meeting of the special committee was held again on Friday in the Parliament House to probe the matter of non-payment of salaries to the employees of the daily Muslim under the chairmanship of MNA Ansar-ul-Haq Ramay.

The committee examined the issue of the non-payment of salary of the employees of the daily Muslim, according to a press release of the National Assembly Secretariat.

PID informed that some agreement had been reached between the APNS and the PID for the payment of outstanding dues but it did not feel satisfied with the statement of PID and the representatives of the Muslim. The committee decided that in order to ascertain the truth it would be appropriate to convene the representatives APNS to sort out the issue amicably.

The meeting was also attended by MNAs Baboo Ghulam Hussain, Afsandiyar Wali and Adan Aurangzeb.

The committee will meet again after Eid-ul-Fitr.
