National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) Director General Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi reviewed the monthly performance of the Faisalabad Circle, focusing on cybercrime investigations and handling public complaints.

An official told APP on September 28 that the Additional Director and other officers of the Faisalabad Circle attended the meeting. Officials briefed Rizvi on the circle’s progress, including ongoing cases, cybercrime prevention measures and complaint handling, while he assessed their performance. He directed officials to address complaints promptly, treat citizens courteously and avoid delays in investigations.

Rizvi also stressed transparency, merit and adherence to the rule of law, saying swift action and effective investigations were essential to resolving citizens’ grievances and improving the agency’s performance.
