HYDERABAD: A senior journalist based in Hyderabad, Shoban Qambrani, 60, died in a private hospital here on Wednesday after protracted illness.
He leaves behind a widow, two sons and two daughters.
Mr Qambrani had started his career as a reporter in Daily Ibrat, Kotri and was then promoted to chief reporter. Later, he worked on the desk and served as the News Editor.
The body would be laid to rest in Kotri on Thursday.
