QUETTA- Police released Abdul Rasheed Butt, Sub-Editor of Daily Bakhabar.
Butt was arrested on the basis of a report lodged in Civil Line Police Station for his study on law and order situation in Balochistan. He was taken into custody from his office Saturday afternoon under Maintenance of Public Order (MPO)-16. After keeping him in a detention for over 16 hours, police released him unconditionally around 3 am Sunday morning.
