KARACHI: A newspaper office was looted in broad daylight on Tuesday.
Robbers barged into the office of Urdu daily Din in Civil Lines area and looted Rs. 80,000. Four armed men made the staff hostage and snatched Rs. 56,000 from cashier and Rs. 24,000 from staff besides, valuables including watches and mobile phones.
After completing, looting and snatching, they locked 15 staff members in washroom and remaining in computer room and escaped.
