Punjab Cabinet Approves Rs400 Million Grant for Journalist Housing Phase II

On June 3, the Punjab Cabinet approved a grant of Rs400 million for acquiring land from the Ravi Urban Development Authority (RUDA) for Phase II of the Punjab Journalist Housing Society.

The decision was made during a cabinet meeting chaired by Chief Minister Maryam Nawaz. The grant will be transferred to the Punjab Journalist Housing Foundation for the land procurement.

Information Minister Azma Bokhari presented the proposal before the cabinet, which was promptly approved. Senior Minister Marriyum Aurangzeb and other cabinet members were also in attendance.
