LAHORE: After Friday prayers in Gaggo Mandi, rallies were staged against ARY and Samaa TV channels on repeatedly showing controversial programme. Qari Shafiq Chishti of Noori Masjid, Ahle-Sunaat Wal Jamaat’s district president Rao Habibur Rehman, Qari Jan Muhammad and Qari Shaukat separately led the protest rallies. In their speeches they said both the abovementioned channels should also be permanently banned.
