SIALKOT: Journalist community has expressed deep concern over the delay of establishment of journalist colony in Sialkot. The project is in doldrums for a long time due to some unknown reasons. Journalists urged upon the Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif to probe into the matter.

Undoubtedly, the government was spending huge funds on different projects for the welfare of the people but it was very unfortunate that journalist community of Sialkot was being treated unfairly, they said adding that journalist colonies were being constructed in different cities of the country. They hoped that the chief minister would take appropriate action to resolve this issue on priority basis.
