KARACHI: Sindh Home Department has banned pieces of literature allegedly mailed by Indian agency RAW to various persons in Pakistan/Azad Kashmir, containing subversive materials, official sources stated here on Wednesday.
The literature banned:
i) My Father – A Kashmir Betrayed. ii) Incomplete partition – The Genesis of the Kashmir Dispute 1947-1948. iii) A Law That Brings Shame to Pakistan – Pakistan Today Series. iv) Karachi not Burning Pakistan today Series. v) Bonded Labour —
Pakistan Today Series. vi) The Death Merchants – Pakistan Today Series. vii) Kashmir Tomorrow. viii) Pakistan – The Reality After 50 Years. ix) 50 Years of Colonial Rule – The Truth about the Northern Areas. x) Christians in Pakistan in the Trap of Blasphemy Laws.
The government under Section 99-A of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1898, has banned the circulation of these books in the province and declared that all copies of the same, if found in circulation, be forfeited to it.
