Sheeraz Samoon has been elected president of the Tando Adam Press Club for 2025, alongside Haji Khan Solangi as vice president and Javed Mustafa as general secretary. The election, held at the club’s premises, was overseen by Election Committee Chairman Manzoor Ahmed Yousafzai, with committee members Imdad Rahi and Umar Farooq Qureshi.
Other elected office-bearers include Ashiq Hussain Sand as joint secretary, Haji Zeeshan Shaikh as treasurer, and Rana Suleman as office secretary. Governing body members elected unopposed are Waseem Farooqi, Imdad Rahi, Umar Farooq Qureshi, and Rana Mukhtar.
Samoon, following his election, congratulated his team and pledged to address public concerns while improving the welfare of journalists.
