Lahore: This is with reference to the article titled ‘Truth and our media’ by Kamran Shahid on April 14. While much of what he wrote is true, most television anchors talk more than their invited guests. And instead of moderating the discussion, they end up speaking more than the guests themselves. I know the electronic media is still in a nascent stage but there need to be some professional guidelines in place to keep such practices in check.
