KARACHI: Dr Zulfikar Mirza and Pir Mazharul Haq will both work as senior ministers in the cabinet of Sindh, this was announced in an official statement issued here on Saturday.

The spokesperson for the Sindh chief minister denied reports aired by some TV channels that the status of Mr Haq as senior Sindh minister was being withdrawn.

Messrs Mirza and Haq will work as senior Sindh ministers, the spokesperson clarified. There are two portfolios of senior minister in the provincial cabinet of sindh, it was further pointed out.
