KARACHI, June 08 2006: Pakistan Telecom Mobile Limited (PTML) commonly known as Ufone has won the first telecom excellence award in the category of leading company and outstanding achievements by the Federation of Pakistan Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FPCCI).

Ufone has been honoured in recognition of its contribution and efforts in the telecom industry and strengthening of the national economy. In a statement issued here on May 07, the federation aims to safeguard the interest of the private sector in Pakistan and to serve as a bridge between the business community and the government.

ZRG International has also won first ‘telecom excellence award’ in the category of contact centre technology sector by Federation of Pakistan Chamber of Commerce and Industries (FPCCI). The federation recognised market leaders and outstanding achievers in the telecom sector through the award initiative. A total of 155 companies were evaluated and 35 companies were selected as winners in various categories.

The federal award acknowledges the constructive role ZRG has played in the telecom industry growth through consultations, active participation by creating the much needed awareness about contact centres and quality based customer services.-PR
