COSTLY ads in newspapers and on TV channels are a waste and burden on the KESC. I enumerate some facts for your information:
1. ACs in summer are run through separate direct lines without going through the meters. A sizable amount of charges for each AC is usurped by the lineman of the area.
2. Thousands of ‘kunda’ connections exist. Money collected as such is shared by KESC officials.
3. It is not appropriate to offer prayers in a mosque built on a piece of usurped land. Mosques built on allotted plots with higher quality of constructions are connected with illegal ‘kundas’. What is the fatwa about this?
