Accountant General Pakistan Revenues (AGPR) Nisar Ahmed Cheema met Press Information Officer and Executive Director General Raisa Adil on October 8  to review progress on media payments and reaffirm AGPR’s commitment to releasing them on time.

According to a press release, Adil welcomed Cheema’s visit and appreciated the coordination between the Press Information Department (PID) and AGPR in processing payments to media outlets.

Cheema also visited the PID’s Subordinate Office (SOC) to review payment procedures and expedite the process. He appreciated the efforts of SOC and PID officials and stressed the importance of coordination to ensure payments were cleared within the prescribed timelines.

The meetings aimed to strengthen coordination between the two institutions and facilitate the timely clearance of outstanding payments to media outlets.
