LAHORE: BISHOP of Lahore Dr Alexander John Malik has expressed deep concern over the passage of a resolution by Punjab Assembly asking for a complete ban on musical concerts in all educational institutions.

The Bishop said that such a ban would hamper and hinder recreation activities for students, which was a violation of their cultural, recreation and educational rights. He said implementation of the resolution would push students towards negative activities including narcotics.
