MARDAN: Eight women were declared elected unopposed on vacant seats in three union councils of Takhtbai Tehsil.
Sakina Bibi, Gulab Zari, and Basmina Bibi of the Jehangirabad Union Council were elected unopposed. Similarly, Saliha Bibi, Raham Bibi and Bas Bibi were elected on reserved seats as member of Naray village union council.
On two vacant seats in Sari Bahlol union council, Mrs. Farid Khan and Mrs. Hasan Bacha were elected unopposed.
