ISLAMABAD – The private FM Radio channels have formed a representative body under the banner of Radio Broadcasters Association of Pakistan (RBA).

Making this announcement, RBA convenor Najeeb Ahmed said, the body was formed at a joint meeting of the broadcasters drawn from all parts of the country held in the Federal Capital recently.

At a press conference held on April 6, Najeeb said the election of the office bearers of the body would be held in the next six month, and in the meantime the necessary procedures like formulation of bylaws would be completed.
