SUKKUR – A girl was killed by her brother over the pretext of Karo-Kari in village Daro, in the jurisdiction of Gaheja police station in Shikarpur district in the wee hours of April 6.
Accused Zaheer Ahmed fled after killing his sister Sajida. Ghulam Sarwar Junejo, a relative of deceased has registered an FIR with the Gaheja police. Meanwhile, one person was kidnapped by unknown armed men in village Allahyar Khoso in the jurisdiction of Karim Bux police station, district Jacobabad, on late Wednesday. Shafi Muhammad Khoso, a wireless operator, was returning from Machi Pur police check post after a day’s work, when he was kidnapped. No case was registered till filing the report.
