National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) Director General Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi inspected the Gujranwala Circle on October 1 to review its operational performance, ongoing investigations and handling of public complaints.

Rizvi was briefed on active cases and complaint processing and directed officers to provide timely assistance to citizens and ensure merit-based investigations. He also inspected the front desk and reviewed the registration, guidance and follow-up of complaints.

He directed officials to streamline the complaint process and ensure prompt and fair action on cases. Rizvi also expressed satisfaction with the circle’s performance.
