SUKKUR: A man strangled to death his wife over alleged illicit relations in Khanpur on Tuesday.
Police said that in Soomar Panhyar village in Khanpur Town of Shikarpur, accused Ghulam Akbar strangled to death his wife over alleged illicit relations. Police shifted the body to a local hospital.
