National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA) Director General Syed Ali Nasir Rizvi directed Station House Officers (SHOs) of all NCCIA circles to ensure the timely handling of public complaints.

An NCCIA official told APP on September 23 that Rizvi chaired a virtual meeting with SHOs of all NCCIA circles to review strategies for cybercrime prevention and improving investigations. The meeting focused on improving investigative measures and ensuring swift relief to citizens, with Rizvi stressing timely justice, transparency and adherence to merit in handling public complaints and cybercrime cases.

Rizvi directed officers to conduct investigations with professionalism and due diligence, provide adequate assistance to complainants, and strengthen the NCCIA’s public-friendly image through better service delivery and professional complaint management.
