Police submitted a report to the Anti-Terrorism Court (ATC) in Peshawar confirming the alleged involvement of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Chief Minister Sohail Afridi in the Radio Pakistan attack case.
The investigating officer presented the report during the hearing, along with forensic evidence from the Punjab Forensic Science Agency.
The court, which received forensic evidence from the Punjab Forensic Science Agency alongside the police report, adjourned the case until September 14. Arguments from all parties will be heard in light of reports from relevant government departments and the forensic reports.
The submission of the police report was reportedly delayed and was eventually filed following directions from senior police officials.
